I didn’t find this work. I found myself.

For a long time, I was living life the way I thought I was supposed to.

Doing what was expected. Looking after everyone else. Keeping going. Putting one foot in front of the other. From the outside, I probably looked fine but underneath, I knew something wasn’t right.

There comes a point in life when you can no longer ignore the voice inside you telling you that something has to change.

​

For me, that point came through some of the most challenging experiences of my life.

It forced me to stop. To look at myself honestly. To question what I believed about who I was, what I deserved, and what I actually wanted from my life.

​

And that’s where my real journey began.

I had to learn how to come back to myself.

I discovered that healing isn’t about becoming someone different.

It’s about stripping away the layers of expectation, fear, old beliefs

and other people’s opinions - and remembering who you were

underneath them all.

 

I began exploring personal development, energy work, mindfulness,

meditation, breathwork and holistic practices but I didn’t just study them

- I lived them. I experienced first-hand what can happen when you begin paying attention to your mind, your body, your emotions and your energy.

I learned that sometimes we don’t need another person to tell us what’s wrong.

We need the space, tools and courage to listen to ourselves. And sometimes, we need someone to walk beside us while we do it.

​

That’s where I come in.

​

Today, I’m a Personal Development & Wellness Coach, Holistic Practitioner and Author.

I work with people who know something needs to change - even if they can’t quite put their finger on what that change is yet.

​

People who feel stuck.

Overwhelmed.

Disconnected.

Exhausted from constantly putting themselves last.

Or simply ready to stop surviving and start living differently.

​

My work brings together personal development, coaching and holistic practices to help you understand yourself better, release what is holding you back and reconnect with the person you already are. There is no one-size-fits-all approach because there is no one-size-fits-all person.

 

I don’t have all the answers.

And honestly?

I don’t think anyone does.

​

What I do have is experience.

Training.

Curiosity.

A willingness to ask the uncomfortable questions.

And the understanding that sometimes the biggest changes in our lives begin with one simple decision: to stop abandoning ourselves.

 

I’ve made mistakes.

I’ve changed direction.

I’ve had to start again.

I’ve questioned myself.

I’ve doubted myself.

And I’ve learned that you don’t need to have everything figured out before you take the next step.

You just need to be willing to take it.

This is why I do what I do.

Because I know what it’s like to lose sight of yourself.

And I know what it feels like to find your way back.

 

I don’t work with people because I believe I can fix them.

You don’t need fixing.

I work with people because I believe there is usually far more strength, possibility and potential within us than we realise. Sometimes we just need someone to help us see it.

 

So if you’re standing at a point in your life where something feels different…
