Frequently Asked Questions
What is an energy session?
An energy session is a one-to-one session in Dungourney, East Cork, where Denis works with your energy to help you release what is weighing you down, reset and leave feeling lighter. Sessions bring together energy work, Reiki and coaching, tailored to wherever you are right now.
Do you still offer Reiki?
Yes. Denis is a Reiki Master and Reiki is part of his energy sessions, including the Signature Energy Reset and the Under 16s Energy Balance.
What can I expect in my first session?
A calm, safe, no-judgement space. You will have a chat about what is going on for you, and then Denis works with your energy. Most people leave feeling lighter, calmer and clearer. There is nothing you need to prepare in advance.
How many sessions will I need?
Everyone is different. Some people feel a real shift after one session, while others like to come back regularly as part of their self-care. Denis will talk you through what might suit you.
Do you work with children and teenagers?
Yes. The Under 16s Energy Balance is a gentle session designed for children and young people. Get in touch if you have any questions before booking.
Where are sessions held?
Sessions take place in a private, peaceful space at Glenview, Dungourney, Co. Cork, P25 HV26 – easy to reach from Midleton, Youghal, Cork city and the rest of East Cork.
How do I book a session?
You can book online through the Book a Session page, or call or text Denis on +353 86 366 9912. You can also send a message through the Contact page.
Do you offer online or distance sessions?
Yes. As well as in-person sessions in Dungourney, Denis offers coaching, energy healing and Reiki sessions online or by distance, so you can work with him from anywhere.
Can I buy a session as a gift?
Yes. Gift cards are available on the website and make a thoughtful present for someone who needs a reset.
Is energy work a replacement for medical treatment?
No. Energy work and Reiki are complementary and are not a substitute for medical or psychological care. Please keep working with your GP or healthcare professional.
Do you offer support for businesses?
Yes. Denis offers business consultancy for owners who want their business clear, aligned and moving in the right direction: The Business Foundations, The Business Energy Audit and The Business Alignment Method. Places are by application – see the Business Energy Consultancy pages to apply.

Denis has written three books: Sure, what the f**k would I know…, Breaking the Shackles and Peace by Piece. They are available as ebooks on Kindle and Apple Books – see the My Books page for details.
Is there anything free I can start with?
